The Lunge Lodge

The Lunge Lodge on the Upper French River

So, I am heading up to the lodge in Augus this year I would like to catch a Northern Pike on fly.  However I have multiple favors and questions to ask.

1.} Has Anyone ever attempted this at the lodge?

2.) Does anybody have a promising spot to try this?

3.) Is there any fly fishing tip anyone could give me?

When you get up there, talk to Scott. He's helping Mike this summer with maintenance and repairs. He's got a fly rod and ties his own streamers. He can give you tips. As far as a "hot spot", there are two good weedbeds to fish, the best one is in Bob's Bay, in the bowl after you get through the opening by that nasty rock. The other is in Reynold's bay about 40 yards off the big island on the east side of that bay as you come in from Five Mile. Good luck, let us know how it goes.
