Consisting of Tim from Powell Ohio and his father Frank From North Olmsted Ohio and Frank's brother Paul from Poughkeepsie NY. This has been an annual trip for this group now for the last 3 years. And they plan on returning again next year. They caught many bass and pike during their stay and simply enjoyed the beauty of the upper French river.
The Boyle-Tagmeyer group from the Pittsburgh, PA area returned to Lunge Lodge for their annual trip this week.
Shown Above: This group consists of Jim Boyle and his nephew Ryan. Tim Tagmeyer & Tim's father In-law Greg and Matthew Marraway.
This is Ryan and Greg's first time to Lunge Lodge and the upper French river and I do believe the river has got yet a couple of more people hooked on its beauty! This group chased the elusive musky all week and only managed to catch a small one.
Bass and pike were often caught while pursuing these muskies this week with the big one never showing face! This is a great group of guys and we are excited to have them as return guests year after year.
Scott Auger and his son Ryan returned to Lunge Lodge for their second trip this year. This time Scott brought his beautiful wife Lisa and his daughter Abey. Abey celebrated her 15th Birthday while here at the Lodge.
Shown Above: The Auger's - Ryan, Scott, Abey, and Lisa.
The Auger's spent some good quality time together playing board games and fishing of course. They reported catching walleye and bass right out in front of the lodge and Ryan hooked up with a nice pike that shook off his bait the last time he was here in June. It was caught at the exact same place, on the same bait as the one he lost in June! He was pumped!! Yet Another great family that enjoys their time here at Lunge Lodge. Scott has plans on returning again in the fall to help us with the shut down of the Lodge. What a great guy and family!
Harvey Adams returned once again for his annual fishing trip to Lunge Lodge. Harvey, Shelia Albertson, Kip Shultz and Andy Johnson fished with a guide on the river all three days that they were here.
On the first day, the four of them caught 139 fish with 5 keeper walleyes. The second day the group caught 159 fish with a limit of keepers. The third day this group caught 106 fish totaling 404 fish caught in three days of fishing. Pretty damn good! This group are all from the Indianapolis, Indiana area and have already booked a trip for next year.
